Nordic Finance Network
The Nordic Finance Network (NFN) is a network for research and doctoral training in finance. The main objective of the NFN is to promote Nordic doctoral education in finance by
- Cooperating in organizing intensive PhD courses in finance,
- Organizing workshops for Nordic PhD students in finance and junior faculty, and
- Promoting interaction among Nordic finance scholars.
Courses and workshops organized within the NFN are open to finance PhD students and faculty from all Nordic universities and business schools irrespective of whether their home institution is a member of the NFN.
In total the Nordic Finance Network consists of 14 member institutions from Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
The activities of the NFN are funded by a grant from the Nasdaq Nordic Foundation.
